Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates is seeking two Technology Support Analysts for the New York office, on-site. The role covers software, hardware, network services, mobile and security systems, with a 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm weekday shift.

You will handle local and Citrix-based application support, hardware setup, remote site access, inventory management and collaboration with central technology resources to ensure reliable service and strong customer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related work experience with two years specialized technical training or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Citrix, Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology support for software, hardware, infrastructure, network, mobile, AV, telephone and security systems.
• Log and resolve or escalate tickets; support Citrix-based applications.
