Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full tax preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will serve as a trusted advisor, connect clients with Intuit solutions, and help grow the local client base through outreach and community events.

You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, engaging with both in-person and virtual clients while delivering personalized, end-to-end tax experiences across personal and business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
