Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses.

You will be the connective tissue between clients and a broader team of specialists, addressing simple to complex tax scenarios and helping clients navigate major life events while growing the local business through community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Active PTIN required; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to onsite at a TurboTax office; able to work 20+ hours weekly; training provided.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in collaboration with the local team.
