Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work closely with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, expanding the local client base and delivering end-to-end services from preparation to advisory support. You will collaborate across the Intuit ecosystem, offering related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning when

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week, during business hours.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community events.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address client needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools and platforms.
