Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios in person at a local TurboTax location. You will work closely with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will build a local client base, collaborate with other professionals, and help customers realize year‑round financial outcomes through Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit-provided uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base and organizing events with TurboTax marketing support.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
