Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and provide expert guidance in a local TurboTax location. You will connect clients with the wider Intuit ecosystem, delivering end-to-end service and building lasting relationships in your community.

You will work with tax professionals, support complex tax scenarios, and participate in local events to grow the client base, while offering personal finance insights and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license required or active status preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 required; upskilling into additional service types may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Engage in discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
