Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to understand each client’s complete financial picture and to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, while guiding clients to related Intuit services

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with training and uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and referrals, acting as the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address broader needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via video tools.
