Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, client advisory, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and leverage Intuit tools to support customers through personal and business tax needs across the year.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms provided.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a benefit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local customer base and organizing events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a full-scope, year-round engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through in-person and digital interactions.
