Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while building a local client base and connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round support.

You will work on-site, serving in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver seamless, end-to-end

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with pro tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships and maintain long-term client trust and loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools, guiding clients to financial goals.
