Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will support clients in-person and virtually, building trusted relationships and helping customers navigate complex tax situations.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists, drive local growth, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience while upholding community presence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential required or pursuing credential.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willingness to work onsite and 20+ hours per week during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax returns for clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and local events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
