Intuit, Inc. is seeking self-motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Role emphasizes in-person and virtual client support, local business growth, and delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience while maintaining a strong community presence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business; additional requirements may apply.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow advertising usage of your name/picture.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
