Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will build local relationships, drive community engagement, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions while leveraging Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Facilitate discovery sessions to optimize deductions and plan taxes.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, both in-person and via video tools.
