Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will role-model a client-centered, community-oriented approach, helping customers navigate complex tax needs and driving local growth through events

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Wear Intuit provided uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build relationships and trust for long-term client engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Assist clients with year-round tax planning and advisory.
