Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a United States location. You will provide tax expertise, on-site and virtual support, and build long-term client relationships within the local community.

The role emphasizes full-service tax return preparation, advisory services, and collaboration with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning experts to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience and long-term client relationships.
