Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with a full Intuit ecosystem of services, from bookkeeping to financial planning, in a collaborative team setting. You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and support customers through a range of tax scenarios, from simple to complex, using

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential or strong tax credentials.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations, with regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with tax experts to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients understand tax scenarios.
