Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, working closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, while helping clients plan for financial goals using Intuit’s ecosystem of services. This role is on-site with flexible hours.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20 hours/week min, typical 8am–5pm.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
