Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join nearby TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Responsibilities include building a local client base, offering holistic tax services, and driving customer loyalty through community engagement and strong service. Onsite presence and a customer‑focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; uniforms; advertising usage of name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and engage in grassroots marketing.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year‑round support.
• Build long‑term relationships and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit video tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
