Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service return preparation at a local TurboTax location. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning, delivering an end-to-end experience.

You’ll grow your client base through local outreach, events and partnerships, acting as a trusted community ambassador while offering personalized service in an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Deliver tax planning, deductions optimization, amendments and reviews.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning specialists.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events with marketing support.
• Serve as local face of TurboTax, ensuring end-to-end Intuit experience.

Skills

Enrolled Agent (EA) / CPA / Attorney

PTIN required

3+ years tax returns (1040)

Upskill to advisory services

Onsite at TurboTax location

Willing to train and wear uniform

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
