Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients with expert tax advice and end-to-end support.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience and foster client loyalty in the local community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and lead community outreach with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other Intuit solutions.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term relationships and trust with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service and clear guidance.
