Intuit seeks a dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join a new location. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and support clients in person and virtually.

You’ll collaborate with specialists and act as the local face driving growth and loyal, year‑round relationships in your community. The role emphasizes hands-on tax services, local outreach, and leveraging Intuit resources for a seamless client experience, including cross‑selling related services

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040 federal/state returns with pro software; knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, with standard hours.
• Complete required training and development as directed by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
