Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve in-person and virtual clients, build relationships, and grow the local client base while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate taxes and life events, using Intuit tools and marketing support to foster year‑round

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with own name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
