Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end service for individual and small-business clients.

You will drive local growth, build relationships in your community, and leverage Intuit tools to ensure clients receive a complete financial‑care experience year‑round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver comprehensive financial services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
