Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and personalized advice to individuals and businesses. You will collaborate with a network of specialists and act as a local ambassador, building relationships and growing the client base while guiding clients through holistic tax solutions across the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office during weekdays for at least 20 hours.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and consent to name/photo usage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver end-to-end, high-quality customer experiences.
