Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support customers both in-person and virtually using TurboTax tools.

You will connect clients with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, building strong relationships and driving local growth in the community while delivering a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 forms per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week between 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences aligning with client financial goals.
• Support customers in-person and via TurboTax tools with a focus on quality and compliance.
