Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem of financial services. You will work onsite, serve both in-person and virtual customers, and collaborate with specialists to deliver comprehensive tax and advisory support.

The role blends client relationship building with tax proficiency, community outreach, and ongoing training, with a focus on year-round engagement and local market growth.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with a cross-functional team to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional communication.
