Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join a new location.

You will deliver full-service tax returns, provide expert tax guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem in a collaborative, end-to-end service model. You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community through events, and deliver a high-quality customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, hours typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business; uniforms provided; name usage for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for each client.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and responsive service.
