Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will build local client relationships, collaborate with specialists, and drive year-round growth in the community.

You will work onsite, support personal and business tax needs, and leverage Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and local outreach.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, 20 hours/week; uniforms may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Guide clients through the full Intuit ecosystem, connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer experiences in-person and virtually.
