Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through deductions, returns, and planning while coordinating with tax specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

You will build lasting local relationships, host events, and leverage TurboTax tools to grow a client base, aiming for a trusted advisor role in the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA certification or be a practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, with hours roughly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear, personalized guidance.
