You will advise clients, coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning, and actively grow the local client base through community engagement. We value professionals with strong tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), a valid PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax prep experience using

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Open to upskilling into other service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver excellent customer service in-person and via virtual tools.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and maintain client relationships.
