Intuit Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and use marketing tools to promote services while ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active certification(s) in tax preparation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Engage in community outreach to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Link clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning or Credit Karma services as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
