You will grow the local client base through community events and targeted outreach, acting as the local face of TurboTax in an inclusive, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Active credential in tax or legal field and a track record in tax preparation.
• Willingness to expand services beyond traditional tax filing.
• Comfort with onsite client meetings and local outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Offer expert tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video meetings.
