You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while collaborating with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney licenses with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm local.
• Willingness to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and seminars.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and handle inquiries.
• Use TurboTax tools and CRM to manage client interactions.
