Intuit invites motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will help grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local face of TurboTax while building lasting

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/picture usage for advertising.
• Interest in building local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.

Enrolled Agent CPA or Attorney

PTIN active

3+ years tax prep experience (30+ 1040

Circular 230 familiarity

Willing to upskill (bookkeeping, etc.)

Onsite 20 hrs/wk (8-5)

Training & development willingness

Uniforms & advertising consent

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
