Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and trusted advice while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll build a local client base, foster community relationships, and help clients achieve better financial outcomes using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-endIntuit experiences.
• Deliver high-quality, customer‑centered service in person and virtually.
