Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. Working on-site at a TurboTax location, you will provide expert tax preparation, connect clients with a full Intuit ecosystem, and help grow the local customer base through events and outreach.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring each client leaves with a clear path and confidence in their finances.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into advisory services with training provided by Intuit
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service and clear guidance.
