Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless client experience. You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and represent TurboTax in community events, using Intuit tools and marketing support to grow a thriving practice.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Att’y with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development; training requirements may change.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising with your name.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Serve as a local community ambassador, driving growth and building a client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support clients year-round.
