Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with software and complex tax scenarios. You will also grow the local client base, collaborate with a network of specialists, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and appear in advertising materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and drive brand awareness.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with related services when appropriate.
• Build relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and clear, personalized advice.
