Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will be on-site, engaging with clients in person and virtually, growing the local business, and building long-term relationships.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple and complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address needs.
• Develop relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
