The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, providing end-to-end tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. You will be the local face of TurboTax, expanding the client base, delivering accurate tax solutions, and collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless client

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and return preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma where appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
