Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end services, while growing the local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships within your market.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season with software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week
• Willing to undergo training and wear uniforms
• Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams for end-to-end services.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in-person and virtually.
