Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and use TurboTax tools to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have substantial experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan futures.
• Build local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
