Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local relationships and expanding the client base.

Role emphasizes end-to-end service, collaboration with specialists, and a strong community presence, with options to engage in local events and marketing-supported activities to grow your business.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
