Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.

Your role emphasizes understanding each client's financial picture, growing the local client base, and delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience using Intuit tools

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build and grow a new client base and relationships.
• Connect clients to additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as needed.
• Develop relationships and opportunities to expand client base and loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness.
