Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax advice to individuals and business clients.

You will partner with a cross-functional team to provide end-to-end tax services, expand your local client base, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and relationships with local businesses.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver full-service client experiences.
