Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You’ll grow the local client base, establish lasting relationships, and use TurboTax marketing tools to empower your community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, community events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
