Job summary

Intuit is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to build a client base and relationships.

You’ll collaborate with a team covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, comprehensive tax planning, and leveraging Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple and complex returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
