Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex scenarios while growing a local customer base.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions. This role emphasizes community engagement, customer education, and leveraging Intuit resources for year-round client

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, during standard hours.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and manage local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
