Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to personal and business clients while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will grow the local client base, deliver a seamless Intuit experience, and participate in community events to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally by attracting new clients and building long-term relationships with community partnerships.
• Organize and lead local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking gatherings with marketing support and resources.
• Bridge clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with in-person and remote support, and adhere to on-site schedules and training requirements.
