Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advice, while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a comprehensive Intuit experience.

You will be a trusted local ambassador, grow the client base, and help clients navigate complex life events, providing outstanding service and fostering community relationships.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA or active law practice with tax expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners to deliver end-to-end service.
