Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a tax-focused, on-site role. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and help clients navigate personal and small-business tax needs at a TurboTax location.

You will also act as a local ambassador, grow the client base, work with cross-functional specialists, and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences while modeling integrity and service quality in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax expertise and filing experience.
• Active PTIN required by law for tax filing.
• At least 3 years of paid returns filed per season with professional software.
• Willing to grow into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local social presence and referrals.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Serve as a liaison with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end client solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and help clients optimize refunds and tax planning.
